I'd send you a proof, but I don't have any left and, as John said in another comment, they're just so horrible and they fall apart. I was speaking to the book editor of a national daily (network! network!) and she said she binned all bound proofs directly, which was a bit disheartening. Though I did see one on sale for £1.50 from a booksellers in Scotland!
